· Richard has worked for a number of well respected global blue chip companies in FMCG and major projects.
· Richard has been one of two certified Master Black Belts working as the principal trainer for a 40,000+ employee global blue chip company on their Six Sigma change programme. He developed Six Sigma training materials, processes and software to train companies around the world. He has developed material and examples which focus on the local business needs.
· He has delivered his training across 3 continents and coordinated the translation of his material into 5 languages. He has trained more than 70 Black Belts (Experts), more than 60 Green Belts (Specialists) and over 100 Directors and Managers. The programme realized €65M of net savings.
· Richard has worked on a Complex Change Programme with AT Kearney, where he mapped, analysed and improved Project Management techniques with £2.1M net savings.
· Richard has lead successful teams in Product Development, Order Processing, Production, Manufacturing, Tendering and Procurement.
· Richard has been PA to the Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Industrial Power Group.
· Richard has carried out Sales and Marketing around the Middle East Bahrain, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman.

Richard graduated from Newcastle University in 1990 with a 2:1 in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, after which, he joined NEI (Northern Engineering Industries) as a Graduate Trainee.
